Total Glass Ltd are closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation as it develops via the recommended sources and in line with the available government guidance. Unless otherwise instructed, we intend to stay fully operational, whilst protecting our staff and customers as much as we can.
For a period of 2 weeks from today, we have changed production shifts, asked our sales, technical and management team to limit face to face contact as and where possible and to use alternative communication methods in the form of email, telephone or video conference. We ask anyone wishing to visit Total Glass or anyone who has an existing appointment to please make alternative arrangements and liaise via the aforementioned communication methods.
We appreciate there will be varying points of view on this situation but we feel working with the current safety guidelines available to us is best practice at this time. We hope you agree that it's wise for us all to make adjustments in our day to day operations which will help to protect us all the best we can.
There may be some unavoidable delays in the coming weeks/months as a result of supply chain issues but we are hopeful this is not the case. If we do experience issues then as always our internal sales team will contact you to advise of a shortage/delay prior to delivery. We remain in constant contact with our supply chain.
To reiterate we remain fully operational and we will continue to strive to ensure we are offering all of our customers the high service levels they have come to expect.
We will, of course, keep you updated if, as and when we have any further updates that could impact on the service we provide.
Many thanks for your patience and continued support.
We would also recommend that you keep up to date and follow the latest Government updates and NHS advice about Coronavirus. Here are some useful links:
